The credits form this tune are like a Who’s Who of IMC guests: John Robinson, Nathan East, Eric Tagg, Jerry Hey, Paulinho Da Costa, Bill Champlin, and of course Rit himself. At first you might think you’re in EWF “Let’s Groove” territory with the Moog bass kicking off the song, but it departs soon enough. The tune is largely driven by the keys and smooth vocal from co-writer Eric Tagg. It’s a great breezy number with great chord changes and spectacular bridge giving way to Rit’s brilliant solo.
