Supergroup "213" was formed by Bill Meyers and Guy Thomas in 81. It reunited session powerhouses such as Neil Stubenhaus, Carlos Rios, Vinnie Colaiuta, Mike Fisher, Dave Boruff and Jeff Porcaro to record a fabulous album that David Foster was ready to co-produce for Warner Bros. Unfortunately, the project died due to the departure of Guy Thomas who chose a solo carreer.

Fast forward 37 years later where a few Japanese music distributors trip over of the "Three Little Words" material on a website Guy had created and along some European colleagues. They liked it. Finally! This forgotten gem has finally reached daylight! Who would have thought that the resurrection of this wonderful album would have resurfaced in this way?

I chose Three Little Words" because this gem bathes me in my youth. I This nostalgic sound is the kind of music I grew up with when I was a teenager. Everything on this album reminds me my musical heroes of the 80’s L.A. scene, in the vein of Toto, The Doobies, Pablo Cruise, Paul Clark and sounds very close to one of my favorite band ever, Pages!

Discovering "Three Little Words", a truly forgotten jewel, was one of the best surprises of the year for me. Enjoy.

Happy Holidays!
